Who am I?

Welcome to my blog!

My name is Sadissa B. and I have been working in IT for 15 years now.

As a sysadmin, I have worked in a very diverse and challenging environment, which gave me the opportunity to become familiar with various cloud technologies.
From end-user support to pure infrastructure administration in data centers, the different positions I have occupied have led me to understand many aspects of IT in the business and I am willing to continue the journey in the IT world. I have earned many Microsoft certifications over the past decade (including two up-to-date Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate certifications on Windows Server and Office 365), I am also ITIL certified and I believe in virtualization technologies like Vmware

After 10 years working as a system administrator, I have recently started working as an IT trainer and technical writer for a leading cloud services provider company.

I created this blog some years ago to share my daily tips and tricks. I continuously learn and experiment new technologies so I expect to continue sharing my knowledge.

Thank you for stopping by! You can drop your comments to my posts freely (please keep them relevant).

And yes, please, last but not least, I really appreciate to be referred as ‘she’ 😉 !
